These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Reverse Audio mobile application ("the app"), published by Fabulous Apps LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

This document is a plain-language template provided for App Store / Google Play compliance. It is not legal advice; please have it reviewed by a qualified professional before relying on it.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to:

  • record, reverse, or modify another person's voice or audio without the consent required by the laws of your jurisdiction;
  • create content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where this is permitted by law.

You are solely responsible for the audio you record, import, create, and share.

3. Your content

The app processes and stores your audio locally on your device. We do not access, claim ownership of, or take responsibility for your recordings. You retain all rights to the audio you create.

4. Purchases & subscriptions

Reverse Audio is a paid app and may offer in-app purchases. All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Pricing is shown in the relevant store at the time of purchase. Refunds and cancellations are handled according to that store's policies, not by us directly.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its name, logo, design, voice-effect presets, and underlying software are owned by Fabulous Apps LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that audio processing will meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fabulous Apps LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Fabulous Apps LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
